Beyonce – singer-songwriter, actress, pop icon, and business mogul has had an Adidas partnership since April in 2019. Coming soon, the musician turned fashion inspiration will be launching her first collection with the three stripes.
Upon its initial announce 9 months ago, there was an uproar in excitement and praise for such a monumental partnership. To many, the relationship between the artist and brand seems organic. It feels like the right spot for Beyonce.
Earlier in 2019, an unnamed brand executive remarked that Adidas is confident Beyonce will have as much success as other high-profile collaborators, such as Kanye West and Pharrell.
“It’s nice to have someone from a female lens to push the brand in that space,” the executive noted. “I know she has two big ambitions — one is more on the philanthropic side of things; we’ve pushed a lot into the world of girls in sports, and she aligns with that. I think that’s one of the reasons she was attracted to our brand.”
It’s a nice change of pace to hear about a brand’s goals and vision instead of consumers just speculating. With a wide cast of stars, Adidas has made a powerful impact in covering their bases. Of recent, the sportswear label has rostered names like Donald Glover, Jonah Hill and Na Kel Smith. This is just adding to their veterans like Kanye West, Pusha T, James Harden and Pharrell Williams.
Inspiration and Vision
Something we all may be asking is, what is Ivy Park? And that’s a great question. Ivy Park is a new activewear brand co-founded by Beyonce, made for women who want to look and feel at the top of their game. From the creator herself we hear “It incorporates my personal style and expands that to include something for everyone,” says Beyoncé when asked about her Adidas Ivy Park line in a recent interview with Elle. “I love experimenting with fashion, mixing high and low, sportswear with couture, even masculine and feminine. This new line is fun and lends itself to creativity, the ultimate power.”
Another piece of info to keep track of is that the upcoming collection isn’t a women’s exclusive drop as the apparel pieces and sneaker options will also be arriving in men’s sizing as well.
Now we’ll run through the lineup we’ll see in the first Ivy Park collection.
The Nite Jogger, a fairly recent silhouette from Adidas will get a revision for Ivy Park. Various cream and beige nylon, suede and mesh composes the upper that sits on a full length boost midsole. Safety orange toggled rope laces match the hits of stitching. The lacing system has no eyelets, but instead a maroon lace/bungee type rope that wraps around the back of the sneaker – a similar trend to what we’re seeing in Off White shoes. Another noticeable difference is a thinner, soccer style tongue on this particular Nite Jogger.
I can’t speak to the comfort since I’ve never tried them on but they certainly look like a cozy, casual shoe. Maybe even an upgraded Iniki which I always found to be top notch in comfort.
The second sneaker to talk about is a fan favorite and approaching veteran in the sneaker game, the Ultra Boost. Launched in 2015, we’ve seen an entire lifespan of the Ultra Boost – from undiscovered, to revered, to mocked and everything in between. But one thing is undeniable and that’s the comfort level. Beyonce and the team were smart to choose an Ultra Boost and better yet one that has the original 1.0 materials and patterns.
A simplistic yet unique look is what we see from the collaboration. Sticking to the color palette we saw above, a maroon pantone dominates the mesh primeknit, laces and boost midsole with Ivy Park branding on the heel cup. A bright orange rubber outsole is what you’ll be kicking up when you’re running the streets in these.
Last but certainly not least on our agenda is this new model which we believe to be called the Super Sleek 72. Originally, sneaker personalities and news sources were saying this looked to be an interpretation on the indoor soccer classic Samba shoe.
A white leather and suede upper is stacked on a platform, gum sole. Maroon and orange accents are on the stripes, heel panel and midsole outline. From what we see, the materials used are plush and premium.
To understand resale, it would be helpful to know our baseline retail prices which we don’t at this moment, but that’s okay. For rough estimates we can say Nite Joggers = $130-$150, Ultra Boosts $180-$200, and Super Sleeks $100-$120. I believe the more lucrative option would be to shoot for the Super Sleeks. Mainly because it’s a new model along with a lower retail that has easy room for secondary markup. I like the Ultra Boosts also because folks still adore them as a top 3-5 sneaker for comfort in the game right now. That fact mixed with its overall aesthetic make it a safe play for a reseller.
The Bey Hive has been very vocal about the excitement for this collection being rolled out. The immense reach of Beyonce should never be underestimated. I mean have you seen the prices for those concert tickets? And they still sell out instantly. The story for the first Ivy Park x Adidas collection? It remains to be seen.
The Ivy Park collection launches on January 18th on adidas.com and various retailers. Retail prices will vary between models. Expect $100 – $200.
What’s next for Beyonce and Adidas? Is Ivy Park just the first theme of many? We’re not sure what to expect for now but stay tuned for more updates.
Although January 2020 will not be engulfed with as many hyped shoes as December 2019, we’ve still got the rest of the year to look forward to, right?
The year of 2019 as a whole was flooded with exclusive collaborations, Ye releasing different models, Jordan Brand blessing the sneaker world with their iconic iterations, and various luxurious brands giving a sping on their own streetwear makeovers.
Additionally, February will become a hype-sneaker redemption month after a dry January, so be motivated.
However, don’t hit the snooze on the month of January altogether, as a Nike x CLOT collaboration is looming and Ye looks to drop the first Yeezy 350 of 2019 soon after.
If you want to start the new year by either ramping your resell business or maybe you’ve finally decided to start, make sure to check out the popular Hypemaster Playbook for all your reselling essentials.
Furthermore, marking your calendars for the mentioned sneakers won’t be enough.
The year 2019 introduced a Game Royal rendition in a unique fragment model, but 2020 warrants Jordan Brand to release a black upper, white midsole, and blue outsole edition.
Although this Jordan 1 edition isn’t one of the flashier ones, the two-tone shoe will be a classic look that should allure many of the sneaker community.
All resellers mark your calendars for this shoe, as it’s safe to say there will be hype and profitability behind this Jordan 1.
7. Air Jordan 1 Dior
Release Date: April 2020
Peak Projected Resell: N/A
Potential Profit: N/A
Luxury and streetwear become intertwined again as pictures have surfaced, thanks to Nike, of the epic collaboration between luxury attire Dior and sportswear giant Nike.
The highly anticipated shoe will boast a white and grey upper, but the “Air Dior” text in the Wings logo will unequivocally steal the show.
A smooth and sleek light grey upper compliments the white hue on the toe and quarter panels.
Furthermore, the artsy Nike swoosh features an excellent color-blocking to the rest of the palette.
If you want this shoe, you’ll need to have deep pockets as the shoe shouldn’t be less than $2,000.
Relative to the retail price, the highest bid is almost $10,000 on online sneaker exchange giant Stockx.
As a result, if you have the capital to invest two grand, it would pay dividends.
8. off white x jordan 5
Release Date: February 2020 on NBA All-Star Weekend
Peak Projected Resell: $900
Potential Profit: $675
Virgil Abloh is doing Virgil Abloh things on a classic Air Jordan 5 pallette.
We’ve seen Abloh completely deconstruct, then reconstruct with his own fashionable spin that has garnered the appeal of many sneakerheads.
The shoe comes featured with a majority grey upper with flash-white laces.
Furthermore, the grey looks like a complete layer has been taken off, which is just another exclusive application by Abloh himself.
Detailing includes Michael Jordan’s famous jersey number on the back panel in white writing and a red Jumpman on a yellow tongue base.
Rounding out the high-end fashion shoe is a black midsole atop a gold outsole.
Due to the release being over a month away, the pic hasn’t been uploaded on Stockx, however, there are already bids being placed.
In other words, if you’re able to buy these for retail, it is a must-cop.
9. travis scott x nike air max 270 react
Release Date: March 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $700
Potential Profit: $490
It’s a known fact that Travis Scott makes hype collaborative shoes with Nike and Jordan Brand, right?
Well in case you’ve been hiding under a rock, he does, and the production is always flawless.
The Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React will be potentially the second Travis Scott collaboration of the new year, as he deviates from his main rugged military green colorway.
Moreover, the shoe’s upper is in all-white, includes a brown mudguard, on a gold outsole.
Finally, the upper construction sits atop Nike’s comfortable react outsole.
As of right now, on Stockx, the highest bid is around $400, and this should increase to almost double this amount, as we reach the release date.
10. yeezy quantum
Release Date: Spring 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $1,000
Potential Profit: N/A
Kanye’s attempt at performance basketball sneakers comes to fruition in the year 2020 after having a successful past year with various Yeezy model releases.
Spring of 2020 will introduce the Yeezy Quantum, built for people looking to wear them out on the hardwood or casually.
Thanks to Complex and Yeezy Mafia, we have early release pictures, however, there is no resale value from Stockx since it is too early.
The shoe looks like a combination of the Yeezy Azaels and Yeezy 350 v2, and includes the Yeezy brand’s popular primeknit upper.
In addition, it appears that there will be hints of 3M across the side panel.
Finally, black shoelaces are featured in the middle atop an all-white outsole.
Since this is the first Ye basketball model, we can expect a high resale value between $500 to $800.
11. nike x saci ld waffle nylon white/black
Release Date: Spring 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $500
Potential Profit: $340
Rumored to release February 2020, the Sacai LDWaffle is slated for a headline release, but it will be difficult to match their huge success last year.
The shoe will be similar to the popular model we’ve seen before of the LDWaffle, this time, featuring a monochromatic black and white colorways.
In addition, the double layers and double Nike swoosh sneaker continues to exist on the model. Last year, the original blue and red colorway was the most profitable sneaker of the various low-cut and high package.
The resale on this particular colorway reached over $1,000 during its pre-release days and the individuals that held the shoe were rewarded with higher resale payout.
With that being said, the looming release of more low-cut models should bode well in the resale market.
In laymens term, if you can get your hands on either black or white for retail, check out quickly.
12. air jordan 1 new beginnings package
Release Date: Spring 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $800
Potential Profit: $440
Jordan Brand introduces the sneaker community to the Air Jordan 1 High “New Beginnings”, rumored to release in February of 2020.
Last year, the sneaker community was gifted countless colorways of the iconic Jordan 1 editions.
Albeit some sported atrocious colorways, there were more colorways that would warrant one to wear the respective shoe with every fit they could imagine.
The sneaker community knows if Jordan Brand decides to apply red to a Jordan 1, the move will spark many people’s interest.
The hyped iteration features a mostly red upper construction, with the toe and side panels in an all-white look.
In addition, buyers will find a hangtag that includes Michael Jordan’s classic “Jumpman” dunk with the pair.
Some sneakers can be difficult to project, however, Jordan Brand made it easy to judge these, they’ll be worth the retail purchase, don’t hesitate on these.
Pharrell Williams takes on Adidas’ most advanced technology, bringing eclectic design inspirations together with standout colorways to create the brand new Pharrell Williams 4D silhouette.
FYI: We’ll get pretty detailed in this post, so if you want to just know the resale value and the sitelist/release links, you can just scroll to the bottom.
History of 4D Technology
The Three Stripes has been making the 4D technology in their sneakers for some time now. While this isn’t an incredibly brand new development, I think most can agree it hasn’t hit huge strides into the market. We don’t see them around on feet every day like Yeezys, Jordan, or other hyped pieces of footwear.
The campaign behind the shoes focuses on three separate pieces that make up the greater process of the creation. Firstly, CRAFTED WITH DATA – Years of athlete data turned the liquid into solid: A midsole precisely tuned for sports. Second, GROWN FROM LIQUID – World’s first 3D-printed midsole.
Bringing thousands of athletes together in one precisely tuned stride. And last, TUNED FOR SPORTS – Precisely tuned for support and cushioning. Increased lattice density provides support, while decreased density creates comfort and cushioning.
The 4D tech has been tested on a few different silhouettes but none seem to be a smash. The Alphaedge, Ultraboost, Futurecraft, and ZX 4000 are a few in the collection. Can Pharrell Williams be the one to take the 4Ds over the finish line and break a mold?
A Tech Synopsis and a Closer Look
Comprised of a Primeknit upper atop an Adidas 4D midsole, the forward thinking silhouette is the first iteration of the Pharrell Williams Hu line to utilize the revolutionary technology.
Leveraging Adidas’ extensive archive of computational athletic data, Adidas 4D is a high-performance midsole crafted with light and oxygen using Digital Light Synthesis technology.
Made to support multi-directional movement during cross-training, the Pharrell Williams 4D silhouette features a flexible, yet supportive, Primeknit upper. Meanwhile, the Adidas 4D technology offers a snappy ride with more comfort, cushioning and stability.
Available in Active Purple and Tech Olive colourways, with contrasting three stripes details, the Pharrell Williams 4D also features standout footbed graphics as well as instantly recognizable Hu branding.
The runner has been an adored style of sneaker for decades and decades now. It’s bounced around between brands like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Saucony and Asics primarily.
While the Pharrell 4D takes the approach of the runner, it boasts more of a lifestyle attitude. A problem I see with this upcoming release is there isn’t a super clear audience targeted for this shoe and a lot of overlap in similar styles resulting in these falling by the wayside.
Now we’ll look at some detailed shots for you to gather your own conclusions on the Pharrell Williams 4D.
Conclusion and Resale Predictions
Adidas and 4D technology has been exciting to see without a shadow of a doubt. Many see sneakers as a vehicle to increased athletic performance and triumph. I agree with this sentiment and am happy that research development hasn’t faded away in the sneaker trends. In a current affair of brining back classics, we still need the advancement to continue.
While we just got done seeing countless “sneaker of the year” lists from various media outlets, bloggers, youtubers, etc., we may have noticed something. There weren’t many, if any, shoes from Adidas in the top 10. Why do we think this is? Could this be a fresh start for Adidas in 2020?
One reason for this, especially in the case of the 4D sneakers, is the price point which brings us into discussing the resale potential that is… unhopeful. Based on what we’ve seen previously, shoes that feature the 4D tech have retailed at no less than $300.
This means there has to be a huge following and movement for the shoes to resell for good profit. The competition for the $300+ price seems more appealing to most consumers – Yeezy 700s, new Jordan releases, hyped Dunks, even some Off White or Fear of God models. With that being said, maybe Adidas would consider lowering the price on 4D shoes, but who knows how much that will cut their profit margin.
Production and marketing aside, it’s tough to say these will have ANY resale value. Conversely, you may find these under retail come a few months down the road. I personally like the shoe but can’t even come close to justifying the price tag in buying them. Pharrell, who has stayed quiet recently, has had some heavy hitters in his past catalogue so we can’t discard his reach. Best bet is to wait and see what the websites look like in a few weeks.
Priced at $400, the limited Pharrell Williams 4D launches on December 20th at selected retailers globally, and on January 11th on adidas.com

Thanks for reading everyone, hope everyone’s 2020 is off to a hot start.
Edison Chen succeeded in shaking the plate tectonics of the sneaker world in 2019 with his Nike collaboration of the Fragments and Blue Silk, and now he’s looking to start the 2020 CLOT takeover.
The sneaker community has been increasingly impressed with the Chinese multiple layered shoe style, as Edison Chen blessed everyone with back to back releases of exotic and illustrious shoes in the year of 2019.
Canadian-born Hong Kong fashion designer, Edison Chen, looks to bridge the east and west this year with the CLOT Nike Air Force 1 Rose Gold Silk.
The Lebron 7 “China Moon” first released in 2009 as a China-exclusive, and to ring in the new year of 2020, we will be blessed with a Lebron retro.
Although Lebron has various models with his Nike partnership through the years, the Lebron 7 is definitely one of the more popular editions.
Lebron’s signature shoes are built for athletic performance as well as casual appeal, and this shoe, in particular, can be laced up for either of the aforementioned scenarios.
January will not boast as many profitable shoes as December did, but it will only benefit resellers to view our January’s list of hyped shoes anyways.
In addition, to stay properly up-to-date with all profitable sneakers for the month, make sure to opt-in to our email list.
LEBRON 7 CHINA MOON RELEASE DATE
The Lebron 7 China Moon is set to release this month, on January 2nd, 2020.
That’s right, Nike has decided to start this year off behind “The Chosen One”.
And rightfully so, as Lebron James has captured the hearts of not only many children who yearn to follow in his iconic career, but also the older generation who are moved by his contribution in society.
LEBRON 7 CHINA MOON site releases
Lebron’s shoe with Nike, Lebron 7 China Moon, will get the retro treatment and set to release on Nike’s SNKR calendar as well as other retail stores.
As of right now, the only site that will be releasing is SNKR at 9am CT.
LEBRON 7 CHINA MOON: a closer look
As previously mentioned, the shoe is getting retroed from its original release of 2009 during the annual Chinese Moon Festival.
The shoe is doused with luxurious metallic gold and majority-white colorway.
The center of the shoe features white shoelaces that arrive upon a white tongue, encompassing Lebron’s trademark signature.
Furthermore, the front of the shoe includes a golden mudguard that travels to the heel, with more Lebron logos.
The side panel of the shoe includes a web-like design in the gold colorway on a white base. In addition, that white base features a large white Nike swoosh with a golden outline.
A smaller all golden swoosh can be seen on the opposite of the shoe as well.
To further uniqueness in design, the rear features Lebron’s name in Chinese.
The upper construction of the shoe sits atop an air bubble and an outsole with a white and gold outsole color scheme.
Finally, to complete the look, the insoles include more Chinese writing that continues the Chinese collaboration tribute from 2009.
LEBRON 7 resale projections
To reiterate, the shoe has been given an encore after two other popular renditions of the Lebron 7 releases.
Just before the end of the year 2019, Nike and Lebron managed to squeeze in the Lebron 7 Red Carpet and Lebron 7 Christmas colorways to consumers.
In terms of reselling, analyzing how the Lebron 7 Red Carpets did can serve as a decent benchmark for the Lebron 7 China Moon resale prediction.
LEBRON 7 RED CARPET
The Lebron 7 “Red Carpet” initially released in 2009, and took a whole decade for it to receive the retro treatment.
During the 10 year stretch before the re-release, the price increased substantially as the size 9.5 features a resell value of over $500.
The white and black-glass blue colorway shoe was retroed in the year 2019 on October 29th, and unfortunately, it’s not reselling as well as its first release counterpart.
Nontheless, if you’re willing to hold for a long time, it might be an asset that will see rise in its monetary value overtime.
LEBRON 7 CHRISTMAS
On the other hand, the Lebron 7 2019 Christmas includes a stark difference in its resale performance than the 2019’s rendition of Lebron 7 Red Carpet.
A size 9 holds value at $300, which is more than twice as much as its retail $140 price point.
These two examples show contradicting information on general reselling.
In large part, shoes that receive the retro treatment bode well with resell, however, the Lebron 7 Red Carpet did not.
Although the Lebron 7 Red Carpet’s 2019 iteration was a retro, its poor performance in resell can be due to the fact that the basketball shoe was a general release, as opposed to limited stock.
However, the Lebron 7 Christmas was slightly limited, which can be attributed to its high resale result.
If the Lebron 7 China Moon proves to only be available from the SNKR app, it will help the high-resell value argument.
Ultimately, it can still flop and stock may sit.
Because this Lebron 7 China Moon edition is a retro and there’s a chance stock is limited, the resell performance will trend upwards so a resell value around $300 can be concluded.
LEBRON IMPACT WITH SHOES
Lebron James is just one of the many NBA players that identify themselves as sneakerheads.
Lebron has been seen with a multiude of hyped sneakers, that only sneakerheads could identify from first glance.
Other NBA Players like Nick Young and PJ Tucker also enjoy aquiring hyped and limited sneakers, however, they are not even close to the auro Lebron James holds.
Lebron James and Nike Brand will continue to produce creative shoe collaborations this year.
In fact, in the same month of January, Nike will release the Lebron 7s Infrareds.
The Lebron 7 Infrareds pays homage to the classic Jordan 6 Infrared, which is a grail to many sneakerheads alike.
Jordan 6 Infrareds were worn by the one and only Michael Jordan during his very first Championship title.
This fact, along with the sleek design, is probably why Lebron and Nike have decided to create a shoe that mimics the red and black colorway.
Sneakerheads will not only appreciate the Infrared nod, but also the backward swoosh that has been seen on hyped sneakers by Travis Scott.
Nike will look to include Lebron in their other shoe releases throughout the year, on that same token, Lebron looks to lead the Los Angelos Lakers to a title this year.
The combination of both should bode well for his sneakers to do well in the retail market, but hopefully also in the resale market.
Remember, make sure to glance at SFS’s January list of proftaible shoe releases for the month.
After an action packed last few months in 2019, although it’s a new year and decade next month, the releases are as slow if not slower than past January’s.
At the time of writing, there is one significant release among 5 total to be on the lookout for, and as of now February looks ridiculous, with new Off-White x Nike, Yeezy Aliens and more to drop then.
Of course, we will keep you guys updated if there are any more good drops to be seen, but as of now, it’s a slow start to the year, so save your money for February.
1. Lebron 7 China Moon
Release Date: January 2, 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $300
Potential Profit: $80
As the Lebron 17s were the last Lebron and Nike partnership to end the year 2019, the year 2020 begins with yet another Lebron line—this time it’s a Lebron retro.
The sneaker first caught people’s eyes in 2009, the year it was first released as an initial China-exclusive.
In addition, the Lebron 7 is one of the more popular iterations of the Lebron’s signature shoe with retail giant Nike.
The “China Moon” makeover is dressed in an extravagant white and vivid gold color scheme.
Furthermore, gold mudguard and translucent panel sit atop a white outsole. The retro sneakers includes a combination of history and unique designs that should keep resale around $300.
2. CONCEPTS X NIKE KYRIE 6 KHEPRI
Release Date: January 10, 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $240
Potential profit: $100
While Lebron continues making moves on the hardwood and sneaker business, his ex-teammate Kyrie Irving continues to build on his own sneaker line.
Concepts and Nike partner once again, this time to create another Kyrie 6 rendition with two color schemes.
The partnership will focus on the storytelling of ancient Egypt and their Egyptian god Khepri Ra.
In fact, the pink hues is a tribute to the god’s symbolism of the rising sun and the daily transition of night to day.
Finally, you’ll find a scarab beetle on the sneaker’s strap that represents the Egyptian gods.
There lies a respectable resale value for the shoe right now as a limited supply released on the Concept store, the next release will be on SNKR app, but the resale should remain at $200.
3. Nike Air Force 1 x Clot Rose Gold Silk
Release Date: January 11th 2020
Peak Resell: $750
Potential Profit: $500
As of now, the only release of note is the Nike AF1 x Clot in the Rose Gold colourway. Clot’s past few releases have hit big numbers, especially their other Air Force 1s in the blue colourway and also the black colourway (their collab with Fragment).
I predict that the smaller sizes in this colourway to hit hard, so definitely try and cop them! On foot pictures have already leaked, and people are going crazy for them.
4. YEEZY 350 V2 YESHAYA
Release Date: January 2020 (TBA)
Peak Projected Resell: $320
Potential Profit: $100
After rounding out the year of 2019 with the electric green Yeezy Yeezreel and a crafty black Yeezy Yecheil, Kanye and Adidas look to start the new year with another Yeezy 350 V2 rendition.
While Kanye has addressed his fans with new Yeezy models to alleviate the multitude of Yeezy 350 colorway criticism, he will still ring in the new year with another Yeezy 350 iteration.
In terms of the shoe description, Yeezy Mafia has stated this line will include hints of Grey throughout the classic Primeknit upper on a White Boost midsole.
Finally, the look is complete with a light gum rubber outsole. Lately, it’s been a hit or miss on what once was always a must-cop.
Gone are the days where Yeezys will be over $1,000 in resale, however, most Yeezys, including these ones, will still hold respectable resale value.
Expect the projected resale value of the ever-popular 350s hovering around $300.
5. Air Jordan 4 Black Cat
Release Date: Saturday, January 25th 2020
Peak Projected Resell: $300
Potential Profit: $100
It wouldn’t be a formidable “Hot Release” article at all without a proper Jordan brand feature, would it?
Frankly, Jordan sneakers are household names, as everyone knows their value and limited stock. However, it’s too early to have information upon the amount of stock the shoe will have.
StockX preorders are sitting above $400 currently in the beginning of the month, but expect this to drop quite a bit, perhaps even below the peak we mentioned of $100 profit per pair.
Nonetheless, the shoe still features the sought-out Jordan 4 silhouette attributed to Michael Jordan lacing them up in 1988.
The shoe features an all-black colorway with a black upper, with hints of grey near the heel collar which matches the tongue’s Jumpman.
Finally, the construction sits atop a charcoal-esque outsole. Due to the popularity of the Jordan 4, such as the Jordan 4 Breds, the sneaker should hold a profitable resale value with $400 being the highest point.
January is always a pretty low month for releases, but don’t let that get you down.
February is looking insane already, and there may be some surprise drops in January that could spice it up.
Even though this month is mostly dead, with an investment of around $1000, you could make a net profit of over $1000 with little to no effort with the correct knowledge.
Owners of the Hypemaster Playbook, being updated free for all customers for 2020 this month, and members of the exclusive Six Figure Sneakerhead Private Cook Group will have all the best information on how to cop this month.
We’ll keep you updated on any shock releases throughout the month, so make sure to check back soon!
Finally, the parts aforementioned all sit atop the misty unvierstiy red colorway outsole.
lebron 17 infrared vs jordan 6 infrared
As mentioned prior, the Lebron 17 “Infrared” pays homage to the Jordan 6 “Infrared”, which leads to a no-brainer passage that must be included in this piece.
The Air Jordan 6 is a classic sneaker that one would be hard-pressed to find anyone that is open to denigrating the model or colorway.
Seriously, ask any sneakerhead, almost everyone loves this shoe. Admittedly, that sentiment may be a little bias as it is one of my top 3 favorite shoe.
A quick summary of the 2019 rendition of the Jordan 6 infrared will start with the tongue that the Jordan 17 share most commonalities.
The Jordan 6 Infrared tongue includes the popular Jumpman logo, underneath the crimson red lace-lock.
The all-black upper is essential color-blocking to the infrared hue at the midsole and bringing it all together with the icy translucent white outsole.
The outsole includes a fitting air bubble that once-upon-a-time assisted Michael Jordan’s maneuvering on the hardwood.
In addition, the flawless detailing continues as hits of 3M is added on the back panel of the classic shoe.
The shoe is rounded out by the pull-tab and “Nike Air” imprint on the rear.
The legendary sneaker designer that single-handedly convinced Michael Jordan to stay with Jordan Brand was the mastermind behind the shoe, and of course, Michael Jordan wore the Infrared model in his first championship.
LeBron 17 infrared resale value
The Lebron 17 Infrared will ring in the new year 2020 for Nike and Lebron, however, it may not end up being the most hyped Lebron shoe to date.
Lebron James himself is a sneakerhead, as we’ve seen him lace-up in Jerry Lorenzo and Jordan 1s when he’s enjoying life with his kids or before a nationally broadcasted game.
The Lebron 17 Infrared’s color-blocking alone should sell many units next year, just like the Jordan 6 Infrareds did earlier this year.
The Jordan 6 infrared will require shelling out a few hundred dollars, but well worth it due to its quality and classic look.
If you’re wondering which Lebron shoe is really doing numbers, hone in on the Lebron 7s 2009 edition of the Red Carpet.
This Lebron rendition will need more than just a few hundred due to its aged release and its sleek colorway.
Unfortunately, this early before the release date means an absence of any stock on the market.
In all honesty, any stock this early might be counterfeit, so be cautious out there in the wild.
With the retail price of $200, based on how other Lebron sneakers have done in the past, and the particular classic Jordan 6 colorway this shoe embodies, the resale projection will be between $200 to $250.
Lebron continues to impress all NBA fanatics this year, as the old-timer is pushing numbers even the younger Lebron would not have fathomed.
His outstanding performances only helps his shoe line, as he’s successfully put the Los Angelos Lakers back on the championship hunt, thus placing his shoe front and center on resale platforms.
Shameless plug: It isn’t too late to check out this month’s hottest sneakers, nor is it ever too late to opt-in to our email list.
Joining the list will mean a free preview of the ever-popular and novice-essential Hypemaster Playbook.
I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas with their families, but now its time to prepare for the final shoe releases of 2019.
The partnership between ex-NFL football player, now social activist, Colin Kaepernick has produced many headlines, however, the most significant one relevant to Six Figure Sneakerhead is the new sneaker.
What better way for Colin’s first shoe collaboration than on a classic Air Force 1 Pallette?
The black and white color scheme may present itself as a basic colorway, but it doesn’t stop there.
In lies a gradient feel, apparently paying homage to a pair of Air Force 1s he wore before lacing up the Nike Vapor Untouchable Pro cleats to ball in.
Furthermore, the upper is featured in all leather with the sides including a multitude of Kap’s customized details.
If you take a look at the shoe’s white midsole, you’ll find Kaep’s number 7 hangtag, all atop an icy translucent outsole, similar to Jordan 6 Infrared.
An additional detail that is significant for history and Colin’s social activism leap is the date “8/14/16”.
This date, as you may have guessed, adheres to the day Colin’s knee met the football turf as he protested for the stop to police brutality.
The aforementioned gradient Nike Swoosh meets an authentic drawing of Colin above the heel collar.
This image perfectly encapsulates his afro’s contrast to his face, on a white background.
The tongue also serves as a symbol, as it boasts a letter “K”, presumably for Colin’s last name initial.
The all-black laces complete the look, thus successfully producing a historical shoe on a classic canvas.
the CoLIN KAEPERNICK movement timeline
If you’re not interested in the political timeline of the social activist leader, you may have to scroll down to the resale projection, however as prior mentioned, a brief history is relevant to why this shoe will hold resale value.
Then San Fransisco 49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, chose not to stand for the national anthem during a mere preseason game against the Green Bay Packers on August 26th of 2016.
He stated “I am not looking for approval. I have to stand up for people that are oppressed.”
Obviously, it sparked a frenzy of opinions, biases, and twitter finger social activists to come out of the woodworks.
Although it gained approval from the likes of ESPN commentator Dominque Foxworth, Olympic gold medalist Simone Manuel, and ESPN First Take host Steven A Smith, there was also a backlash from the likes of Tony Stewart and Donald Trump himself.
This led to Kaepernick changing his tone, to compromise, by choosing to kneel instead on September 1st, 2016.
September 11th, 2016 leads to Megan Rapinoe of the United States women’s national soccer team to also kneel during the anthem.
Soon after, the entire WNBA’s Indian Fever players decided to kneel as well.
It was a domino effect that led to even some high school players to kneel, thus starting an epidemic in the name of police brutality.
A year later in March 2017, Colin opts out of his contract with the 49ers and he has not played ever since.
This culminated in Colin deciding to file a grievance against the NFL that accused the teams of colluding to blackball him from the league.
It was never affirmed, but it is assumed many owners did not sign him due to the controversial news he may bring, thus distracting players.
There were also players that did not agree with his acts, as well.
Colin wins his grievance against the NFL on August 30th, 2018 as his lawyer uncovered enough information to come up victorious.
Just a week later, Kaepernick becomes the face and voice of Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign as they celebrate their 30 year anniversary, thus leading us to this article.
The next significant date as far as Six Figure Sneakerhead is concerned is December 28th, when his Nike collaboration will be released.
CoLIN KAEPERNICK X NIKE AIR FORCE 1 RESALE VALUE
With a price point of $110 retail, there is already resale worthiness of this collaboration.
This collaboration will most likely be limited stock, if so, the resale value will trend higher.
As this junction in time, the resale price range between $175 to $200 can be confidently projected.
The month of December is dwindling towards the end as we near the Christmas holidays, however, the heat hasn’t stopped as this week introduces the Colin Kaepernick shoe and the new Yeezy v3 model.

Other selected retailers will be uploaded as we near closer to the release date, so make sure to check back to this article at a later date.
KEVEN DURANT’S AUNT PEARL Story
The release of this shoe, along with all the prior releases, begs the question: Who is Aunt Pearl?
In 2014, Kevin articulated a masterful MVP acceptance speech that centered around thanking his mother Wanda Pratt, claiming beautifully that she was “The Real MVP.”
That statement is used frequently nowadays but sourced from Kevin Durant himself.
The speech was so moving that not only was Kevin and his mother were in tears, most of the audience was.
However, not only was his mother pivotable in his early days, so was his Aunt Pearl.
While his mother was working arduously with long hours in the Post Office, it was in fact his Aunt Pearl’s responsibility to keep eyes on the young KD.
With the help of his grandmother, Aunt Pearl executed the memorable caretaking tasks, such as preparing Durant’s lunch and spending time with him.
As a result, the relationship they shared was impenetrable and longlasting.
As Kevin grew older, his basketball IQ and playmaking abilities also grew, however, one thing was constant—Aunt Pearl wasn’t at many games.
Unbeknownst to KD at the time, Aunt Pearl was suffering from something that commonly plagues many people’s lives: Lung cancer.
Lung cancer was the reason she wasn’t in attendance at his games as much as she would have liked to be and it is the reason Durant will never forget the year 2000.
Aunt Pearl’s battle with lung cancer succumbed to a day in the year 2000. This was a tragic day for the young Kevin, as he would lose his best friend, Aunt Pearl.
In fact, Kevin watched his great Aunt’s final moments, thus, it would be a time engraved in his life forever.
It is no surprise that now with Durant’s superstardom, he uses his platform to represent Aunt Pearl’s resilience and devotion.
The all-pink shoe serves to immortalize his Aunt Pearl and a tribute to those that lose their lives to cancer, with the help of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
“I made a promise to myself to always honor my Aunt Pearl for the example she set, and the encouragement she gave me to follow my dreams,” says an emotional Kevin Durant.
NIKE KEVIN DURANT 12 “AUNT PEARL” DETAILS
Usually, the “Aunt Pearl” KD line typically releases in February, however, the shoe is being listed as a Christmas colorway.
Nevertheless, any tribute of this magnitude is appropriate at any time of the year, especially Christmas time.
To follow the prior KD “Aunt Pearl” renditions, the shoe features hints of pink all throughout, with a purple-pink midsole, followed by a bright pink outsole that incorporates purple streaks throughout.
The straps steal the show, as they have an angel wings structure that is symbolic of all the good-hearted characteristics she possessed.
An enlarged Nike swoosh appears in the back panel of the shoe, while KD’s signature logo brings in the rear.
The bold Nike swoosh has pink threading that runs from the back panel, around the heel, to the opposite panel.
Finally, the insoles of the left and right shoes include the aforementioned inscribed messages from KD and Kay Yow, respectively.

KD 4 Aunt Pearl
The KD 4 rendition of the Aunt Pearl tribute was released on May 12, 2012. As one can see, it comes in a fierce-pink colorway that screams against cancer.
The velcro is a unique addition that adheres to Nike’s gargantuan swoosh.
In addition, the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon sits front and center on the shoe’s tongue.
To state the obvious, the KD 4 Aunt Pearl release pays homage to the plethora of victims and survivors of the murderous disease.
The shoe’s main event is clearly the signature strap, which reads an inscription “In Memory of Aunt Pearl, who inspires us all to continue the fight for a cure.”
The shoe is composed of a majority pink synthetic upper with a pink rubber translucent midsole.
In addition, the heel, tongue, and underneath the strap convey a pearl pattern.
Finally, Kay Yow Cancer Fund trademark is seen on the tongue; Ms. Yow was a longtime NC State women’s basketball team before also suffering a tragic death due to breast cancer in 2009.
NIKE KEVIN DURANT 12 “AUNT PEARL” RESALE
Most of Nike’s Kevin Durant sneakers are general releases, thus, they typically don’t do as well as most sneaker resellers prefer.
However, the KD 12 edition’s early sales are doing better than expected. With a retail price of $150, it’s more than doubled its value during these pre-sale days.
There is not much information on whether or not these will be limited pairs. If so, then the price of the shoes will stay in the $300 range.
Albeit, the chances are not likely, so look for a resale range between $150 to $200 if there’s a mass supply.
MVP Kevin Durant is gradually on the come-up from a tragic ruptured Achilles tendon that he suffered in last year’s finals against the Toronto Raptors.
While the superstar is slowly rising, his Aunt Pearl shoe line has been well-established in its pursuit to bring awareness to breast cancer.
Past KD releases have not done so well in the resale market but these stand to prove otherwise.
